Parra, is the artistic name of Juan González Parra. Being a child he senses and feels inclination by the drawing and the painting, making in his infancy some work of a promising artistic value. Being young and by his artistics restless decides to enter in the Escola d'Arts i Oficis Artístics Massana in Barcelona. When he had finished his studies, he made works linked with art and dedicates a big part of his time to the painting also. At the present time he lives in Majorca, where he has his studio, intercalando stays in the Island with trips to the Continent, to make works. EXHIBITIONS: From 1983 to the 1987, he made 7 exhibitions in Barcelona, between individual and collective. In 1987 and 1988 he exposed in Auch (France). In 1989 in Barcelona. In 2001 in Valldemosa (Mallorca).From 2002 to 2004 in Marbella (Málaga). He has work in Public Institutions, as in private Collections in Europe and the United States
